Product Application

The Wholesale Water Treatment is for producing drinking water, foods factory, beverage factory, fruit& vegetable factory etc. The machine is integrated into a group, the assembly and transportation are rather convenient.

Installation: 

Raw water pump+Raw water tank+Silica sand filter + Active carbon filter + Sodium ion exchanger + Precision filter + Security filter+Reverse Osmosis (one level)+UV sterilizer+Finished water tank + Pure water pump

Plant process: 

1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to silica sand filter/active carbon filter

2. Silica Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on

3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on

4. Precision filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity

5. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa)

6. RO system--RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane rate can reach as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria, particles and 98% of organic

Working Principle

The air will be send by air compressor into air tank, then take in air dissolved tank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank. Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will be dissolve out and form vast micro bubble group, which will be fully contact the flocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent by pump and flocculation after adding medicine, the ascending micro bubble group will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its density reduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and Cod etc.

Main Feature

(1) Dissolved air pump edge bibulous the edge is inspiratory, pump pressurized mix within, gas to liquid efficient dissolving, small bubbles than 30 um.

(2) Low voltage operation, the dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 99%, release rate as high as 99%.

(3) Tiny bubbles and suspended particles of efficient adsorption, improve the SS remove effect.

(4) Dissolved gas water dissolving efficiency 80-100%, than traditional dissolved gas floating high efficiency three times.
