Reverse osmosis (RO) technology known as hyper filtration, is widely used in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, chemical industries, food, drinking water.

RO equipment is the most advance and energy saving in water treatment industry.

Main Processing Design:

Raw water pump→ Silica sand filter → Activated carbon filter→Water softener → Security filter→ High-pressure pump→ 1st RO system... (See flow chart below)

1. Raw water pump: provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter

2. Silica Sand filter: get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on

3. Activated Carbon filter: Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on

4. Softener: Get rid of calcium and magnesium ions in original / source water, reduce water hardness.

5. Security filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.

6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa).

7. RO system--RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The desaltation rate of RO membrane's can be as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organic.

Working Principle.

With higher pressure than that of solution osmotic pressure, the RO meberance seperate water with saline.

Because the aperture of RO membrance is very tiny, it's diameter is about 0.00001μm, in this case water can go through the special RO mebrance but other materials can't . We can get pure water, ultra-pure water to meet differents demands in different lines, different users with RO treatment plant.

The air will be send by air compressor into air tank, then take in air dissolved tank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank. Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will be dissolve out and form vast micro bubble group, which will be fully contact the flocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent by pump and flocculation after adding medicine, the ascending micro bubble group will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its density reduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and Cod etc.

Main Feature

(1) Dissolved air pump edge bibulous the edge is inspiratory, pump pressurized mix within, gas to liquid efficient dissolving, small bubbles than 30 um.

(2) Low voltage operation, the dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 99%, release rate as high as 99%.

(3) Tiny bubbles and suspended particles of efficient adsorption, improve the SS remove effect.

(4) Dissolved gas water dissolving efficiency 80-100%, than traditional dissolved gas floating high efficiency three times.

(5) Pressure-capacity curve smooth, easy to achieve automatic control, easy to operate, easy maintenance, low noise.
