1 Step reverse osmosis system with dosing unit and FRP membrane shell

1. This reverse osmosis system contains all the machines to treat the raw water to good quality drinking water in normal water line.

2. The reverse osmosis system is mainly used to treat the to river water, well water, spring water, lake water and city water to directly drinking water for home use, factory use, or packed in bottles, barrels, other containers for market selling.

Raw water tank--Water pump--Quartz sand filter--Active carbon filter--Precision filter--Ro system--Ozone sterilizer/UV sterilizer--Pure water tank--Connection pipe and valves.

Features:

1. This reverse osmosis system is used to remove the suspended solids, bacterial, organic substance and microorganism, plastic particles, microorganisms, chlorine,taste,some heavy metal ions and so on.

2. Raw water tank--Water pump--Quartz sand filter--Active carbon filter--Precision filter are the pretreatment machines.

3. Reverse osmosis system is more important in the line, ro membrane is the key part of whole RO, it will decide the system workable or not. The water passing RO can remove bacterial, organic substance and microorganism and so on.

4. No phase change will be generated in RO device during water purification. Water recovery rate is high, small in dimension, high automation.

5. This reverse osmosis system is with SUS304 rack, UPVC connection pipe, FRP membrane shell.

6. This reverse osmosis system is set with UV, conductivity meter, pressure protector, can be used for auto backwash.

7. This reverse osmosis system is set with dosing unit based on customer need, to better guarantee the water quality.

Working Principle

The air will be send by air compressor into air tank, then take in air dissolved tank by jet flow device, the air will be force to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure and forming dissolved air water, then send to air flotation tank. Under the circumstance of sudden release, the air dissolved in water will be dissolve out and form vast micro bubble group, which will be fully contact the flocculating suspended matter in sewage, the suspended matter was sent by pump and flocculation after adding medicine, the ascending micro bubble group will adsorb in the flocculated suspended matter, made its density reduce and floated to water surface, thus reach the purpose of removing SS and Cod etc.

Main Feature

(1) Dissolved air pump edge bibulous the edge is inspiratory, pump pressurized mix within, gas to liquid efficient dissolving, small bubbles than 30 um.

(2) Low voltage operation, the dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 99%, release rate as high as 99%.

(3) Tiny bubbles and suspended particles of efficient adsorption, improve the SS remove effect.

(4) Dissolved gas water dissolving efficiency 80-100%, than traditional dissolved gas floating high efficiency three times.

(5) Pressure-capacity curve smooth, easy to achieve automatic control, easy to operate, easy maintenance, low noise.
