The equipment is suitable for filling liquid: milk, juice, liquor, oil, mineral water. The device can be connected to bottle washing and sealing machine to form a small production line.

Rotary bottle washer:
The washing machine is of international advanced level. Mainly used for PET or glass bottles. Advanced structure, stable performance, safe operation, convenient maintenance, high production efficiency, and unlimited speed adjustment. Cleaning agents are ideal for small to medium beverage plants.The bottle will enter the washing machine through the conveyor. The diameter plate will clamp each bottle with a spring clamp. The motor will drive the energy. The spring clamp moves forward along the main shaft one turn, the bottle reverses 180°, and the bottle mouth will face the floor. The water spray value will be turned on, and the cleaned pressure water will be sprayed into the bottle. As the water falls, the dirt inside the bottle will be taken away. The cleaned bottle is then rotated 180° again and sent to the next machine station.

Bottle filling machine:
The filler is of international advanced level. Mainly used to fill non-carbonated drinks. It has advanced structure, stable performance, safe operation, convenient maintenance, high production efficiency and unlimited speed adjustment. Fillers are ideal for small to medium beverage plants. The bottle will enter the filling machine through the conveyor. The straight plate will rotate each bottle. By keeping the beat, the motor drives the energy and keeps the clapper moving up and down as the spindle. When the bottle is patted, it will press the bottle to the most. At the beginning, at the same time, the filling value is opened and filling begins, and the filling stops when the bottle mouth leaves the filling head.
